Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Al Martino...
Spanish Eyes, You Belong To Me, Love is Blue, Quando Quando i przede wszystkim Volare, to hity, po których można natychmiast rozpoznać Jego brzmienie.

Services set for Al Martino
Services have been set for Al Martino, the popular South Philly crooner who later in his career played the Sinatra-esque Johnny Fontane in the 1972 hit movie The Godfather. Mr. Martino, 82, whose birth name was Alfred Cini, died Tuesday at his home in Springfield, Delaware County.
Alfred Cini said his father collapsed after suffering an apparent heart attack while cooking, and emergency medical technicians couldn't revive him. Mr. Martino loved cooking and singing, his son said, and was delighted when people raved about his food. His specialties included broccoli rabe, steak pizzaiola, and braised pork tenderloin.
In addition to his son, Mr. Martino is survived by his wife, Judith; daughters Alison Martino and Alana Cini; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother; and two sisters.
A viewing will be held from 1 to 2:45 p.m. tomorrow at D'Anjolell Memorial Home of Broomall, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall. A funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. at the Memorial Home Main Chapel. Interment will be in California at a later date.
I jeszcze wielki hit z filmu Ojciec Chrzestny, gdzie Martino zaśpiewał jako Johnny Fontane, wcielenie Franka Sinatry...
